Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, person‑centered nursing care aligned with best‑practice standards
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care within scope
  • Consider physical, social, emotional, and cultural needs
  • Create and update care plans to reflect evolving care requirements
  • Maintain clinical compliance and documentation standards
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members
  • Promote well-being, dignity, and quality of life for residents


Key Skills / Qualifications Required

  • Unrestricted AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Post‑registration nursing experience (Aged Care desirable)
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian driver’s licence
  • Full working rights in Australia


Salary & Bonus Benefits

  • $45.29 – $57.06 per hour (depending on experience)
